Job Description:
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Maintain accuracy of the general ledger – analyze accounts regularly to ensure data accuracy
  • Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables
  • Reconcile monthly credit cards expense reports and process payments timely
  • Publish financial statements
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Coordinate with CPA on a monthly / Quarterly basis
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • General Ledger Bookkeeping Experience: 2+ Yrs (Preferred)

Job Description:

Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Houston TX

The Engineering Manager leads a team of mechanical engineers in taking project requirements through design, fabrication, testing and delivery. The Engineering Manager will report to the CEO and ensure engineering tasks are completed on time and per Bellows Systems standards. The Engineering Manager will review and approve engineering drawings and develop training documentation.

A successful Engineering Manager should be technically proficient and be able to guide and mentor junior engineers to be successful in their tasks and duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Review Expansion Joint designs per customer and EJMA (Expansion Joints Manufacturers Association) requirements, ASME BPVC Section VIII, ASME B31.3.
  • Manage engineering resource demands between projects on a daily basis.
  • Initiate, review, and approve engineering changes.
  • Review manufacturing process and workflow documents including routers, inspection requirements, fabrication drawings and effectively support manufacturing operations.
  • Review production lots for adherence to established techniques and to ensure the repeatability of approved process.
  • Review Product Structure, Assembly Drawings, and BOMs to meet the requirements for Quality, In-House Production, and Contract Manufacturing.
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team to estimate cost of complex parts and special designs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

The Quality Control Inspector (QCI) is a critical and active role in inspection compliance and in meeting required quality control daily. Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform in process and final quality control inspections on fabricated metal products, including sub-assemblies, components and other as necessary.
  • Perform quality assessment of all the incoming raw materials and semi-finished products from suppliers.
  • Produce and maintain documentation for inspections performed.
  • Responsible for creating non-conforming reports in accordance with BSI control of Nonconforming Materials procedures.
  • Assist in development of Quality procedures and Manufacturing Instructions to eliminate quality defects and support continuous improvement processes.
  • Ability to use metrology instruments to perform tolerance inspections that include but not limited to Calipers, micrometers, rulers, gages, etc.
  • Responsible for NDT inspection of components including VT, PT, and documentation of all findings.
  • Will be required to work in different areas throughout shop wherever quality support is needed.
  • Will be required to perform Internal audits as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must have NDT Level II VT, PT or have the ability to acquire a certification(s) through On Job Training (OJT) and additional testing per SNT-TC-1A accredited testing requirements and per BSI NDT qualification requirements within 3 months of employment. Previous NDT documented experience to be reviewed by Quality Manager/NDT Level III.
  • Minimum 2 years experience reading and interpreting Engineering drawings, Code specifications to verify products are in compliance with the requirements set forth in these documents.
  • Minimum 2 years experience or working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management System procedures
